Aakash Tablet will feature Mumbai 26/11 heroes

The digitized version of the Indian War Comics (IWC) will feature in Aakash tablet as it will be pre-loaded with these comics. Indian War comics has been launched by Indian Army Chief VK Singh.

Based on gallantary awardees, Param Vir Chakra winner Bana Singh, Captain Vikram Batra and 'Ashok Chakra' winner Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan for Mumbai 26/11, "Aakash tablet" is intended to be used by mostly educational sector, be it universities, schools, students all over India will be encouraged to read and view the digital comics to get inspiration from these war heroes. It surely depicts the brave efforts by our jawans in any circumstances. "This will make a tremendous difference," said Army Chief V K Singh.

The digital comics are readily available in the Aakash tablet for children without a dime, although it can be downloaded if somebody already own the aakash tablet. These war comics will also feature in the Aakash's commercial venture, Ubislate 7. Hindi version of the war comics along with other regional languages will also be launched.

Aakash tablet's improved version, Aakash tablet 2 is expected to be launched in April 2012.
